Just a few minutes drive to Jack Frost, Big Boulder Ski resorts, Lake Harmony & Split Rock Resorts; 15 minutes to the Crossings Outlets & and Camelback .

Add $200 to Holiday rates.
$100 Optional cleaning fee charged if house is not left as clean as it was found.
Security deposit required minumum of $300 (or half of rental rate) - will be returned within two weeks after rental time
Must be 25 years of age to rent; no smoking; no pets; no parties - all strictly enforced.
